CAS Registers first tranche of Olympic selection cases in Beijing

The Court held the fate of several athletes chances of competing in their hands in a series of selection decisions. However, a review of the decisions issued so far has reiterated the difficulties athletes face if there has been adherence to the event's qualification rules.
