News Brief: Rugby league governance judgement to be released at 9 am

The Supreme Court of New South Wales will release a judgement at 9 am Friday morning(AEST Time) that will test the parameters of the NSW Rugby League Constitution's provisions regarding disqualified directors.

The decision in New South Wales Rugby League Limited v Australian Rugby League Commission Limited, will be rendered by Justice Ball who overheard the dispute initiated, regarding Cronulla Sharks CEO Dino Mezzatesta's blocked tilt at election to the NSWRL Board, last February.
