Rodchenkov Act Hearing: Pessimism about a clean Tokyo

A panel of experts have provided a "pessimistic account of what may take place in Tokyo" in terms of doping offences and were highly critical of the role of WADA and the IOC as regulators at a Helsinki Commission Hearing in Washington DC a little over 24 hours ago.
